Singularityfamilies.com – website (hereafter, “the Site”) is property of TEAM WeFIV s.a. (hereafter, “WeFIV”), with a registered address at Av. Del Libertador 5962, PB, Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Argentina.
WeFIV provides access to information regarding its activities, products, and services through this Site. WeFIV solely and exclusively owns all the content within our Site’s pages. All industrial and intellectual property rights are reserved. Access to the Site’s contents shall not imply granting a license to use the rights mentioned above. Therefore, unless expressly authorized, in writing, by the owners – TEAM WeFIV – their copying, modification, distribution, or public communication is forbidden, according to the Argentine legislation in force.
Any link used on this Site is provided for the visitor’s use and comfort. The existence of a link does not imply any endorsement or sponsorship of the linked site, nor does it indicate that the linked site is in any way related to WeFIV. WeFIV reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time through the publishing of the modified terms on the Site. The amended terms will be effective 10 (ten) days after they are posted.

Personal information
As part of the Privacy Policy, WeFIV will keep in strict confidentiality all Personal Data submitted by Site users, except for those cases in which the Personal Data Protection Law allows its disclosure.
The Personal Information provided by Users will be processed by WeFIV and will be included in the appropriate automated database, of which WeFIV will be the owner and the party responsible for it (the “Database”). By accepting the Terms and Conditions and through the creation and/or use of your Account, you consent to such handling, which will be used to offer you a better service and to perform direct marketing actions, unless you request otherwise, always in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 25.326.

WeFIV has adopted the legally required levels of security to protect Personal Data and has implemented all the technical means and techniques within its reach to prevent the loss, misuse, modification, non-authorized access, and theft of Personal Data.
Indemnity
The User expressly and irrevocably agrees to hold IVI and/or its related corporations, officers, directors, administrators, representatives, and employees entirely immune from any claims and/or lawsuits and/or extrajudicial, administrative, or judicial sanctions filed by other Users, third parties or by any national, municipal or provincial organization in connection with their activities on the Site, the compliance and/or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
The User agrees that the use of the Site is at his/her own exclusive and sole responsibility. IVI shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage or harm, including, but not limited to, damages caused by loss of opportunity, loss, or damage to information, nor for delays, interruptions, and flaws that may exist during transmissions, through the use of the Site, as well as viruses or system failures, as long as these are not imputable to IVI.
Under no circumstances shall IVI be held responsible for the content or opinions expressed by users through our online services.
WeFIV provides the content and services which are available on the Site, subject to the following Terms of Navigation (hereafter, “the Terms of Navigation”) and Privacy Policy (hereafter, “Privacy Policy”).
By entering or using the Site, the user acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, and agreed, with no limitation or reservation whatsoever, to be legally bound by these Terms of Navigation and by the Privacy Policy that is included in the Site.
Furthermore, the user states to be of legal age and to have the sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these Terms of Navigation and the Privacy Policy that are embedded in the Site.
1) Obligations and Responsibilities of the Site User
Upon visiting or using the Site, the user must comply with these Terms and Conditions of Navigation as well as with any specific warnings or instructions for accessing or using the Site. He/she shall at all times act in conformity with the law, practice, and good faith requirements, with such diligence as may be appropriate to the nature of the information, statements, or any other content or services from which he/she benefits. The user may not change or modify in any way the information, statements, or other content or services contained within this Site, nor impair in any way the integrity or performance of this Site
The processing of the personal data that the user provides to IVI, such as name or e-mail address, is subject to the Privacy Policy.
Any information provided by the User to WeFIV must at all times be truthful and accurate. If the user is negligent or fraudulently fails to comply with any of the obligations established in these Terms of Navigation or in our Privacy Policy, he/she shall be held liable for all damages and harm that may be caused to WeFIV as a result of such non-compliance.
2) Disclosures and Warranties. Limitation of Liability.
The content and services offered on the Site have a merely informative nature and are shown “as seen”. Therefore, by providing them, WeFIV does provide the user with any warranty or representation in relation to these Terms of Navigation or the Site, including, but not limited to, warranties of marketability, non-infringement or suitability for a particular purpose, except to the extent that such representations and warranties cannot be excluded by law.
Furthermore, the account statements and collectible balances reported by WeFIV on the Site are not debt settlements, and cannot be considered as proof of payments made, but rather are merely indicative and, given the fact they are not real-time updated, may not contain information on recent payments or new service debts. In addition, if there is an IT failure and the debt reported is less than that existing on a given day, whether as a result of a lack of accounting for invoices issued, or a payment burden that was not made, this does not imply under any circumstances an acknowledgment by WeFIV, nor a cancellation, remission, or deferral of payment. The user hereby agrees that, within the maximum permitted terms by applicable law, WeFIV shall not be liable or responsible in any case for the following
